How do I log into the portal?
You should have received and email. You can search your mail from emails with the words "BetterFinco". If you can't find that email, then go to the OrderlyMeds Wellness Spending Account Portal, at https://orderlymeds.betterfinco.com/, and use the Forgot Password link. You should use the email address that you used when you created your account.

How do I update my payment method?
Log into the portal at https://orderlymeds.betterfinco.com/ and then click on WSA Balance tab. Then, in the bottom right side in the Payment box, you will see the button for "Update Payment Method". This will allow you to set a new default payment method for ongoing payments.

How do I pay a past due balance?
Log into the portal at https://orderlymeds.betterfinco.com/ and then click on "Make a payment" > The button to the right side of the main dashboard. This will pull up a view of your open purchases, where you can select a purchase then make a payment on that purchase payment plan.
