How do I log into the portal?
You should have received a welcome email from BetterFinco. Try searching your inbox for “BetterFinco” to find it.
If you can’t locate the email, you can still log in directly at: OrderlyMeds Wellness Spending Account Portal (https://orderlymeds.betterfinco.com).
  • Click Forgot Password and enter the same email address you used when creating your account.
  • Follow the instructions to reset your password and access your portal.


How do I update my payment method?

  1. Log in at OrderlyMeds Wellness Spending Account Portal.

  2. Go to the WSA Balance tab.

  3. In the Payment box (bottom right), click Update Payment Method.

  4. Add or update your payment details to set a new default for future payments.

How do I pay a past-due balance?

  1. Log in at OrderlyMeds Wellness Spending Account Portal.

  2. On the main dashboard, click Make a Payment (button on the right side).

  3. You’ll see your open purchases listed. Select the purchase you’d like to pay.

  4. Complete the payment to bring your balance current.
